INDISPRON® D 110 - the safe alternative for controlling red mite
Red mite (Dermanyssus gallinae), a parasite found worldwide in laying hens, has now met its match. Our INDISPRON® D 110, consisting of synthetic amorphous (non-crystalline) silica, eliminates parasites - the physical way. The principle is simple. It has long been known that silicas have a drying effect on certain parasites and insects. This effect is often reinforced in aftertreated silicas such as INDISPRON® D 110, a water-based dispersion for pest control. Our INDISPRON® D 110 provides lasting effectiveness without the danger of resistance build-up in the parasites, thus offering an alternative pathway for pest control. Application is very simple: the milky, yoghurt-like, turbid liquid is applied to all the surfaces in the poultry house with the use of suitable spraying devices. |
